Roslyn S. Falk was born in Ulm, Germany.  She received degrees from City College of New York (B.A., cum laude, 1968), where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Columbia University (M.A., 1972; M. Phil., 1975), where she was a Herbert H. Lehman Fellow.  She obtained her accounting and legal education at Georgia State University (M. Taxation, 1986; J.D., 1999), and has written an article published in the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, 2000.

Ms. Falk is a Certified Public Accountant, (Georgia, 1987) and a Member of the State Bar of Georgia.  She practices in the areas of tax law, estate planning, and corporate law.  She speaks Hebrew and French.
