Scope of Practice
Clients who need help with complex business transactions or issues that arise in their businesses or careers or representation in front of Federal or Georgia Courts have come to depend on Andre & Blaustein, LLP.
The Firm currently includes three lawyers who focus on business and tax matters and two commercial litigation specialists. We strive to work with our clients to establish an open and frank relationship based on confidence, caring and respect.
Experience Counts
RICK ANDRE and JON BLAUSTEIN have over 40 years of combined experience representing clients in Atlanta's business community and beyond, providing for the legal needs of businesses, principals, executives and key employees. Their expertise encompasses the establishment and representation of profit and non-profit corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, executive compensation, income tax and estate tax planning, including planning for succession and control, capital finance and private securities placements are among their specialties.
BRENDAN McCARTHY concentrates primarily on providing a wide variety of litigation services and can offer extensive experience in litigating labor and employment matters. Our litigation clients range from closely-held companies with various disputes to Fortune 50 companies and cases involving claims for hundreds of millions of dollars. We practice in all federal courts within the State of Georgia, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and practice in all Georgia Courts, with extensive experience with courts in the metropolitan Atlanta area. The firm also regularly serves as local counsel for out-of-state firms.
Our attorneys have experience in a wide variety of areas of dispute including BUSINESS AND COMMERCIAL LAW, LITIGATION and APPEALS, CORPORATE FINANCE, MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS, ESTATE PLANNING, PROBATE, and ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION. |
